A product company, not a project shop
Retail View IT Solutions Pvt Ltd - formerly Soft Tech Solutions - has been building software for retail since 2001. We provide complete customised software and barcode solutions for retailers and distributors, from a single counter to chains of over a hundred stores, with a client base spanning every major city in India. Today the product family covers retail point of sale, multi-outlet business analytics, and restaurant management, built and supported in collaboration with Maverick Ignite Solutions LLP.
We are not a consultancy that happens to sell software. We build and maintain our own products, deploy them ourselves, and support them with the same engineers who wrote the code. That means the person who answers your call has read the source.
Our customers are independent retailers, growing chains, restaurants and distributors - businesses where the software is judged on a busy evening, not in a boardroom.

2017
GST transition
The full customer base migrated from VAT and LBT to GST-compliant invoicing and returns.
2021
Cloud and multi-outlet analytics
Retail View Analytics launched, consolidating sales, margin and performance reporting across every outlet.
2024
Partnership with Maverick Ignite
Joint product engineering team formed to accelerate the roadmap across the product family.
2025
Maverick Dine released
Restaurant management and billing added to the suite, extending the platform into hospitality.
