Most attendance systems stop at the punch, and someone re-keys the hours into a payroll spreadsheet. BePunctual carries attendance straight through: worked days, overtime, leave, late marks and allowances feed the payroll run without anyone re-typing them.
Staff punch in by scanning a rotating QR code inside the office geofence, at a Face ID kiosk on a shared Android tablet, or by starting a client visit in the field. Each method has anti-fraud checks, so proxy attendance stops being easy.
Every module is included. There are no add-ons, no per-employee limits (subject to fair use), and it runs on the web, on Android, and on the kiosk.

Every run starts with pre-flight checks and goes through maker-checker approval. Large changes against last month are flagged before anything is paid, and a run can be rolled back. The output is everything finance needs: payslips, the NEFT file, and the statutory files for PF, ESI and TDS.
