Retail View IT Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Retail View", "we", "us") operates this website and the software products described on it. Our registered office is at 51, Bizzbay, NIBM-Undri Road, Opp. SBI, Kondhwa, Pune, Maharashtra 411048, India.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It does not cover data processed inside our software on behalf of a customer - that is governed by the agreement between us and that customer.

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus limited technical data needed to operate the site.

• Contact details you submit through our enquiry, demo request or newsletter forms - name, email address, phone number and business name.
• The content of the message you send us, including any product you say you are interested in.

4.Lawful basis

Where you submit an enquiry, we process your details to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to prospective customers. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

We use a small number of processors to run this website and communicate with you. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.

• Our website hosting provider, which stores server logs.
• Resend, our transactional email provider, which delivers form notifications and acknowledgements.

6.How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us, and then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.

The website is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the staff who need it. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
