The CRM module turns customers into repeat customers. Loyalty cards are tiered - Silver, Gold, Platinum, or whatever you name them - with benefits given as discounts or points based on sale criteria. Points and gift cards are viewed and redeemed directly at the invoice, and customer records carry birthday and anniversary dates for targeted contact.
